Meet Lynn Marie Dwyer, a mixed-media artist specializing in primitive hand building with clay. Lynn has been an artist for over twenty years, was the prior Executive Director of the Gilmer Arts & Heritage Association, recipient of the Grassroots Grant for the Arts for Fannin County, was a prior resident artist at the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association and now resides in the Heartwood Community. Lynn hosts seasonal workshops and occasionally offers private lessons in clay. Lynn’s work can be found throughout the Heartwood House for sale. Visit her website to see her work.

Meet Sunshine Allard … Aimee ‘SUNSHINE’ Allard is a devout optimist that became a folk artist as a result of her desire to spread positivity. Through her rainbow hued art she offers peace, love, happiness & a chance to SEE GOOD in our precious world. Her variety of tie dyed goods, painted images & furniture, & 3-D printed jewelry are bound to bring joy to all. SEE THE GOOD THAT IS ALL AROUND.
